Warranty Duration

All electrical products purchased through ginstorum.com are covered by a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

If you selected the 1-year extended warranty at checkout, your total coverage is extended to 3 years.


What the Warranty Covers

If any electrical component of the product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement unit at no additional cost.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or physical impact

  • Normal wear and tear due to regular use

  • Problems resulting from improper installation, negligence, or incorrect handling


How to Request a Replacement

To file a warranty claim, please contact us by email at: info@ginstorum.com

You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Kindly reply to that message with a short video clearly demonstrating the issue, such as:

  • The device failing to power on

  • Charging problems

  • The item not functioning as intended

If a video cannot be provided or does not clearly show the defect, we may ask you to return the product to our warehouse in Beaverton, Oregon for further evaluation.

⚠️ Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted under any circumstances


Claim Approval Criteria

Only claims that fully meet the warranty conditions will be considered valid. We are committed to handling all warranty requests with fairness, transparency, and speed.
