In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers are entitled to cancel their purchase without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

What Happens After Cancellation

Once your cancellation notice is received, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any express or premium shipping services selected at checkout).

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No administrative fees will be applied.


Returning the Products

After informing us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days. The return will be considered valid if the items are shipped before the deadline expires.

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Items Not Eligible for Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sealed goods opened after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

  • Perishable or time-sensitive items

  • Audio/video/media or software unsealed after delivery

  • Newspapers, magazines, or similar periodicals


Return Conditions

All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include original packaging, tags, and safety seals.
If a returned item has been handled in a way that reduces its value, we may apply a partial refund to reflect the diminished value.

Please ensure that products are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipment.
